14-Day Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re unhappy with your purchase or simply have a change of heart, we want to hear from you. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of any item purchased from us—or if you’ve just changed your mind—we’re happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Our money-back guarantee is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase (the “Guarantee Period”). Please note that this guarantee does not apply to sale items, custom jewellery, rough opal, or rubbed opal that has been altered or worked in any way.

Requests for refunds or exchanges made after the Guarantee Period must meet the criteria outlined below under “Your Entitlement to a Refund or Exchange.”

Your Entitlement to a Refund or Exchange

 

You may request a refund or exchange if the item:

         • Has a major fault, or

         • Is significantly different from what you ordered.

 

To process your request, we’ll need the following information sent in an email:

         • Your full name and mailing address

         • The original order number

         • The reason for requesting a refund or exchange

 

Returning Items to Us

If you wish to return an item, we recommend contacting us as soon as you identify the issue. Waiting too long may affect your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before issuing any refund or exchange. Depending on the item / items condition, we may decline your request. Where applicable, you may receive a refund for the item’s purchase price, or an exchange for the same or a similarly valued item.

How to Return Items:

Important: Please contact us before sending any items. Valuable goods such as opal must be correctly disclosed to avoid customs duties and taxes, including a non-refundable 10% GST charge.

When returning your item(s):

          Use a secure shipping bag or box to protect the contents in transit.

          Whenever possible, include the original packaging.

          We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. If you’re concerned, you may choose to use a tracked or insured shipping service—at your own discretion.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them. If they meet the conditions outlined in this policy and your request is approved, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

To avoid unexpected customs fees or delays, we urge you to contact us before sending anything back. We’ll provide guidance on how best to declare the item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We also suggest choosing a service that offers tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.

Refund & Exchange Processing

If your refund is approved following inspection, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days from the time we receive the item(s).

Refunds will generally be issued via the same payment method used during purchase. Please note that bank processing times may cause delays. If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days of our confirmation email, feel free to reach out to us.
